Man thinks he is intelligent and knows what's best for the planet, yet is actually quite ignorant when it comes to understanding nature and the wildlife inhabiting the planet. We need to look at wildlife conservation in its totality and understand that as soon as you lose an apex predator it has harmful consequences right down the food chain.
Yet we poach tigers and other big cats for traditional medicines and put baited drum lines out in the sea to catch sharks in order to protect surfers. It's totally stupid!
